WoW Upgrades - The Item level upgrade Upgrader

Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by +3. Each upgrade also boosts an unspecified substat.

Upgraded gear generally sees more value in trade, unless it has inherently low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). Upgrades are not as useful for the latter due to the need to roll an exact version.
