It's worth noting that most midi loft beds with desk require the standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with an slatted wooden base. This is not included in the cost of the bed, therefore we recommend looking at our mattress deals to find a price that suits your budget!

Mattress

Most midi beds are compatible with standard UK single mattresses, and the top bunk comes with the safety rail to give you additional security. Some models have an amazing pull-out drawer that can be used for sleepovers or storage space underneath the bed. They can be open or have doors (please check the product's specifications for full information).

Many midi cabins come with a desk that can be moved from one level to another or chests. This allows the children to have their own space to keep everything they own. This also means that they don't need to make use of floor space by using heavy shelving or wardrobes.

Some models have gone a step beyond with cabinets that are flush mounted or even a part of the headboard or footboard. This is ideal to store toys and books.
