The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution Item That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is an item of evolution that allows trainers to transform certain Pokemon into stronger forms. It is produced by a company called Silph Co.
