Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired, such as an armor, weapon, or rings. This swaps the current item for a different one similar item with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any money wasted will not be refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage done by melee and weapons while spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next success is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This affects the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements have been satisfied, the user can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to gain an advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. Furthermore players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. However, there are many ways to acquire these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the Best item upgrade a boost in that area. This process continues until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item upgrade will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped without limitation.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of an item.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and provides an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get a perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of that item as well as the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
